“This location is comfortable and convenient for a long-term stay. This is my fifth time staying at this location and I was surprised by the fact that my garbage disposal unit was not working, I reported it on Tuesday and it was still not working when I checked out on Sunday. In addition, there were 3 dryers in the laundry room that were out of order for days. The lack of attention to details is a slippery slope to mediocrity!”

“Not at all. I came down about 9:00 am. Many of the pots were empty. The hot water is not hot to make tea. The coffee is not hot. There were no disposable plates for serving the food. Therefore, I had to nock the kitchen door so somebody can help us. Unfortunately, She was setting in the guest area rather than of helping the clients and make sure everything as it should be. When I took a shower, the water was cold about 35c, 95F. I booked this hotel hoping to swim as the website shows that there...

“Check in was nice, we had a choice of room. Our room was clean, the air conditioning worked, the hair dryer did not. The out door pool wasn't open due couple of days rain. Staff was very accommodating, when asked for toilet paper they brought it right away. Breakfast wasn't bad, but not great. Main ontrays were in 3 different spots. Waffles were good. Was easy to get uber or lyft.”

“Very nice stay. Large, clean rooms with full kitchen. Decently located off the highway and close too dining and the mall. Would have liked an on site breakfast option besides the convenience market in the lobby. Happy with our experience.”

“Overall for the cost, was a fair stay. Most likely would not stay again. Thr bathroom was not cleaned well, the shampoo bottle was broken off the wall just sitting on the side of the tub, the sink leaked and there was a gap above the door so you could see the light from the hallway. The breakfast was pretty basic - the hot food looked old, like it was sitting for a long time. The person working the front desk during check in was very friendly.”
