Dopo una settimana abbiamo chiesto che ci veniva cambiata la camera. Tuttavia l'hotel è rumoroso ogni chiusura di porte corrisponde come a un tuono. “I payed for 2 nights I expect the facilities to work there was no hot water the whole stay I'm not been funny but I'd like some sort of refund I wasn't able to have a wash,bath or shower in 2 days why are u taking bookings if u know there's no hot water ”
