“The room was clean and spacious but the bathroom was tiny, "you could not swing a cat" (if you had one). See photo The hotel description of the room's facilities included air conditioning. When the staff were asked where it was they said try the cupboard. It turns out that the air conditioning was in fact a portable 'tower fan'. see photo”

“I arrived a little late.. But was accommodated very well..and by welcoming staff, had a very comfortable stay/sleep in a double deluxe room. Great place and for the price you really can't go wrong. Would definitely book there again 100℅ Aka single female travelling with dog. And they are, also dog friendly 👍 Thank you guys x😁”

“Thoroughly enjoyed my stay of just over 2 weeks. All the staff were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Had a lovely top floor single room an nice skylight window. The Continental breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The Grab and Go breakfast was a good option too. The Italian Restaurant was great and open for lunch and dinner. Purtroppo ci è capitato dei vicini di camera molto rumorosi, gridavano, sbattevano le porte, ridevano, piangevano e questo sin dalle 6h e la sera. Dopo una settimana abbiamo chiesto che ci veniva cambiata la camera. Tuttavia l'hotel è rumoroso ogni chiusura di porte corrisponde come a un tuono. “We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. ”
