When I called they said it was because I “left marker all over the walls”. There wasn’t even a marker in my room. Aside from that: the toilet was loose, the breakfast was stated to be 6-9 but it’s never ready at 6. The staff at the desk was rude when I called about the charge as well. “I don't often leave reviews, so it takes a lot for something to be so bad for me to want to take the time. This place absolutely should not be rated as highly as it is by others. It was the reason I booked it. I knew my risk by booking a Super 8, but the reviews definitely gave false confidence. We immediately had to switch rooms because when we checked in, our first room had stains on the wall, bed skirt, and a terrible smell. Once we got into the new room, it seemed okay.
