“The fan in the room wouldn't stay set for the temperature we set it at and we ended up sweating all night. Upgraded to a suite, but it was just a handicap room. No information received from the front desk about hours for anything or check out. Nice pool area. ”

“Room was incredibly clean and more spacious than we realized when we booked the stay. There was a coffee pot, microwave, toaster and FULL SIZE fridge in the room. “Accommodations were fine. The TV was non-functional and required maintenance personnel to come in and rectify. The Front desk did however offer to immediately change our room as a result of the maintenance personnel schedule / unavailability. The bartender was inexperienced and created drinks that were less than satisfying. However, the service itself was exemplary. We all need to learn somewhere so not a big deal. “The shower was not as clean as it should be. Parking was an issue. We parked in a front handicap spot and were told to move our car to underground parking because they had guests coming with trucks and they were too big to park underground. They said they would have to call us to come move our car! ”

“Was difficult to find, as this hotel is not visible from the streets around it. Without the car’s GPS we would have never found it! But, the somewhat “hidden” location provides for a very quiet and private atmosphere. Now that I know how to find it, I will definitely stay there again!”

“We had misbooked a previous hotel so we had to continue another four hours on our trip. We were going on 30 hours of no sleep and when we called, reception immediately changed our reservation to allow us to check in early. The two women in reception were absolutely wonderful, greeted us with so much kindness and hospitality. It made a world of difference to us. ”
