“Check in took over 30 minutes and we were not compensated for the delay on their system. It was very late when we checked in but I asked for the hours of the pool and breakfast and the attendant told us the hours for both. Come to find out in the morning that the pool was closed for construction and there was no mention of this or a sign stating so. Breakfast was lack luster as well as the room since it was very tight the two king size beds in the room. They did refund our second night since we...

“The sheets were clean. There were new lampshades. But the surfaces that were cleaned had cleaner residue, and any non-essential surface had not been cleaned in years. The lamps themselves had SOOO much fly poop, and their switches were sticky. The hairdryer looked like it had sat beside a deep fryer for six months. The countertop was so cracked that it was supported by a 2x4 so it didn't fall off the wall. But it was a place to sleep. And it didn't have bedbugs.”

“They should brush the corners for cobwebs and spiders. Overall, it was a fine stay, but that was the only thing to note. At least there weren't bedbugs”

“This property is a nightmare of dated motels. There was literally nothing clean or positive about this place except I applaud the staff for their amazing positive and helpful service.”

“Room wasn't much cleaned. Bed sheets, pillows covers where stingy and smelled really bad, shower wasn't working, cockroach everywhere 😒”

“One guy checked us in behind glass. Scary place. People loydering by the door just hanging for no reason cursing etc. We slept in our clothes. Basically this place as my niece called it "was in the hood". For $11 more we switched to a different area a little further than the hospital but very much worth the extra miles.”
