“I booked 2 rooms, one was much bigger and was better than the other but both adequate for 1 night. The bathroom in the smaller room was unfinished but totally usable. The shared facilities were good, lovely lounge. Beds were not that comfortable to be honest. Garden and outside areas looked lovely, a bit too cold to use unfortunately. Good quiet location and parking on site. Fridge, microwave and kettle in room was nice. We ate at a nearby restaurant called Lot 25, very enjoyable - good...

“Booked the comfort triple room with private bathroom, on arrival we were shown to a twin room and a single room, without private bathroom. When we quieried this the barman said they don’t have triple rooms with private bathrooms so I showed him the booking I made along with this room still being advertised. “Cracking find in Cambridge, lovely staff, excellent parking which is not often the case in Cambridge and a comfortable room with all the amenities you can want. At breakfast cooking was done for each of us individually and was top notch. Location was ideal pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the centre. I don’t usually stay in guest houses but wouldn’t hesitate to return here”
