“I was disappointed. 1st I asked for a ♿️ room, didn't get it... 2nd the bed was terrible.. whenever we got in or out it made an awlful sound like a tin barrel. Not comfortable. Also even though the room looked clean it had a musty, odor like B.O.”

Non pensano minimamente ad informare il cliente che la pulizia della camera avviene ogni 4 giorni perchè scritto su uno sticker attaccato sul vetro del bagno. In altre strutture Hampton Inn all'arrivo il personale comunica al cliente che su richiesta è possibile avere la pulizia giornaliera della camera senza...

“Room was filthy. We noticed a huge hair ball in the shower right when we walked in. There was mold all around the bottom of the shower glass. We found loose change in the bed when we settled in. Breakfast was not the best and anything worth having was out or very low. Bathroom walls were dripping with something. Even elevators were gross with substance dripping down the walls. Whole place needs a deep clean.”

“This was a very average hotel that was not in the best location that charged me to park in their giant parking lot. Seems like a money grab. ”

“The rooms are excellent!!! Clean and very well appointed. Hotel staff was polite , professional, and very helpful. We had dinner at the Hotel and the food and service was amazing. The Property is very well kept and very easy to access. Valet parking was courteous and prompt in all our interactions. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay.
