“Staff was so friendly and kind. Room was absolutely beautiful. My only complaint for a not 5 star was that there were slightly large bugs in our room, not on the bed but on the floor, I’m only assuming since it’s dark with the solar lighting. Other than that this place was absolutely stunning and I will be returning!”

“Nice hotel, clean, great location but best of all great service and nice rooms. Everyone in this hotel is very nice and accommodating. If you ask where something is, they take you to it. If they don't something you need, they go above and beyond with trying to get it for you. Room was nice, very hot out, but a/c cranked. Last day of check out we went to their downstairs activity room. Golf, bowling, pool, shuffleboard, a bar and appetizers. Easiest way to kill an hour of two with the kids...

“Ro my room was uncapped. It was very dusty hair dirt in the corner very disappointed overall with the lack of cleanliness. I actually took photos.”

“Worst bed I have slept in for over 30 years of business travel. Mattress was a train wreck. Would recommend a change or at a minimum some rotation as some big/heavy people must have slep in that room often?”

“the room was very noisy, both from the windows and from the room's door. A lot of noise come from the corridors, when people walking or talking. the most isolated place was the bathroom.”

“Our stay here was exceptional except you weren't allowed to bring outside food in or DoorDash. I understand that since they have a restaurant on-site but it closes earlier than we thought. We were in town for a concert and wanted a bite to eat afterwards but just went to be a bit hungry lol. We probably could have found somewhere to dine but it was 11 pm on a Wednesday...not many dine in spots hence the need for DoorDash. I would absolutely stay here again despite that minor inconvenience....

“No ac on a sweltering day and night. Maid took all the towels and didn't replace them. Very low shower water pressure. But otherwise, very nice! Awesome weekend pastries, and very helpful staff (24/7). Location was also great if you don't mind waiting for the qline (free).”

“Would not recommend booking here. Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, which is already quite late for a hotel stay. I received access information at 3:50 PM, but then at 4:16 PM, 16 minutes after check-in time, I received another message telling me to disregard the check-in details because the room would not be ready until 5:30 PM. I had no advance notice, and this created a major inconvenience as I had an event at 6:00 PM and needed access to the room to get ready. When I finally got into...

“Nice hotel, old, neat building. No pool which was my oversight for child purposes. Not a bad walk to Comerica… we enjoyed our stay! Breakfast onsite is pricey but decent. Would visit this hotel again.”
