“The room was great for the first night of our honeymoon! Was very clean!”

“The room was clean and comfortable however the remote for TV was faulty needed to press buttons 4-5 times to get channels to move also the toilet ran. The included breakfast was sad only waffles & biscuits. Only hard boiled eggs no scrambled or omelette eggs no sausage or bacon. Biggest issue was the keycards they didn’t work very well had to get a new card made at the front desk at night”

“Camere spaziose e pulite. Colazione molto buona. Ampia scelta di prodotti da prendere a seconda dei propri gusti: uova strapazzate, salsicce, pane, cereali, muffins, ecc. Ce n'è per tutti i gusti. Il caffè è disponibile h24 e questa è un'ottima cosa. Come spunto di miglioramento suggerisco di non utilizzare più posate di plastica ma di utilizzare quelle ecologiche. Sicuramente ci tornerò.”

“Pros: Staff was friendly and breakfast was hot and satisfactory. Room was overall comfortable Cons: Bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned; ours had leftover hair left in them. Walls are thin enough to hear neighbors. EV charging theoretically available, but $10/night for L2 charging (when one of the chargers was completely non-functional) is too steep a price when most vehicles will pull a fraction of that price worth of electricity.”

“The front desk associate exhibited an unaccommodating demeanor, which was observed not only by myself but also by other guests during the check-in process. Despite making a reservation several weeks in advance with a specific request, I was not informed at any point that this request could not be accommodated, nor that my stay at the intended location would not be possible. I was subsequently charged for two nights, leaving me to secure alternative accommodations on the day of my arrival....

“Not very safe environment. Wouldn't stay here again for what they were charging. No breakfast as advertised and had to ask soap and ice bucket not provided in room. Low rating as a result.”
