“Room was beautiful and the location was great. Contactless which I wasn't sure about but was great. Easy code to get into the building and our room and check out was just as easy. Lovely Tea/Coffee bar with snacks. Will stay here again.”

“Unique mod vibe with desert colors, decorated with beautiful local and other art, nice amenities bar. The restaurant smelled delicious and ambient music was tasteful. Room was emasculate very comfortable. So comfortable we overslept and I got a parking ticket by forgetting to run down the street and pay the meter (100% my fault NOT the hotel)”

“Had an excellent stay in the Hampton Inn and Suites - would highly recommend based on service cleanliness and location. a short walk into the town and everything within walking distance. The staff are amazing and extremely helpful. I had a late flight on the day i was leaving and they had no issue letting me have a late check out.”

“No elevators in the place so you need to carry all of your stuff up a ton of stairs. There was a huge bug in our room and the AC’s didn’t work well. The guy had to come out and help but he got it going. Need more towels than 3 for a family. Loved the washer and dryer and location, and parking available. Pull out bed needs a new mattress as it had stains! The couch needs a good steam clean. Otherwise it was cute and cozy!”

“Nice large clean rooms and bathrooms. The sofa bed wasn’t made up when we arrived to the room but the staff quickly made it up.”

“I really wanted to like Kittery Inn and Suites, but the room felt less “cozy coastal stay” and more “forgotten storage unit with plumbing.” The room was dirty, including the toilet seat and floor. The “sofa” appeared to be outdoor furniture dressed up with cheap foam pads and tired old cushion covers, which was certainly a choice. The chairs had worn, dollar-store-style seat cushions that were also filthy, and the rugs were old and visibly worn. There was a large gap in the front door jamb,...

“Both USB ports in the room were not working so I had a dead phone by morning- I forgot my AC adapter. Also the tub and shower looked dirty so I did not use it. Not what I expected for an otherwise newer looking property.”

“General comfort ok. Wide and clean room. There s a bar where you can grab a drink or have dinner until 10 pm. It is not centrally located, but for me, that need to move by car, it was perfect ”

The entire facility is clean and inviting, our room was exactly what we needed and extremely comfortable, and breakfast was absolutely lovely and unexpectedly comprehensive. Not to mention we were a 2 min drive away from everything we hoped to do. We will certainly be returning the next time we're in town.”
