“Had to wait 40 minutes in the lobby because they did not received the $$ from Expedia… they told me to call Expedia myself… after having a reservation already made and paid for… insane”

“The room was not very clean. It smelled like old perfume. There was hair left in the bathroom and the bathroom tub had a piece of plastic on the bottom that was clearly covering a hole and it felt like you were going to fall through. The pool was littered with trash and didn’t look well maintained. Overall I was not impressed.”

“I favored this property whenever I visited my daughter. I liked it then, but after the upgrades and renovations, I love them. I'm a smoker (yes, we still matter) lol, but they section off the smoking units and there's not an overwhelming scent of stale smoke lingering in the rooms. For the price, it truly makes this property a hidden gem. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and property.”

“There’s no sound insulation. It sounded like a herd of elephants upstairs and the traffic noise was horrendous”

“The high reviews are a bit misleading. There was trash left in the room upon check in. Crumbs on bedspread so didn’t appear bed sheets to be changed between guests. Fire alarm was beeping and was not fixed after request. No hot water in the shower and location felt a bit unsafe.”

“Was exhausted from Airlines Nightmare so the accommodations were average. Staff was pleasant at an odd time frame. Would recommend a quick stay ”

“Camera pulita e non c'è la moquette. Personale cordiale. Colazione classica. Pulizie giornaliere. Non ci sono ristoranti standard in zona, solo uno a fianco dell'hotel. Comodo per raggiungere la città è necessario un mezzo proprio.”

“The pool and jacuzzi area was closed the building and room stayed muggy. The jacuzzi in the room worked but the water was not very hot. The staff were great though.”
