Hotel vicino a The Oasis Water Park - Chicago

“This resort was just ok imo. Pretty old and dated. Not the worst place I’ve been but needs work. Carpet old , old scratched up furnishings in the rooms. ATP no hotel should have a tub only glassed in showers. Didn’t use the amenities like the bowling alley as it was closed when we arrived. This place is def for golfers. Asked for a room w a view of the GC and what I got was a view of a parking lot and trees blocked the view of the course. Although Itasca itself didn’t have much to offer it is...

“The hotel is clearly being renovated. Floor tiles in the lobby were broken and missing and clearly a hazard until they are replaced. The rooms are only serviced every other day but you are not told and towels and such had best not need replacing or you will have to shake yourself dry😀. The jets in the bathtub were caked in unidentifiable junk so skip using it as a jacuzzi. A sickly sweet smell permeates the lobby during breakfast there likely from batter used to make waffles and such, so we...

The Van is old and filthy and the pick up driver didn't help with the luggage, they only begin to run at 7am but that is actually when the driver is suppoed to clock on, he was 10 minutes late. “It was lots of noise in there hallway, people screaming very loud and it was ongoing for hours until past midnight. I don’t think this has anything to do with the staff of the hotel because I don’t think they heard the nice I should’ve reported, but I was too tired., well I think they should have camera in their hallway so they can see what’s going on”
