“There was no TV in the bedroom. There’s a bunch of wires coming out of the desk. There was a hole in the wall next to the bed. There was no telephone. I had to go downstairs and talk to the front desk.”

“No airport parking brings the rating way down. Room was fine”

“Was well taken care of not too noisy. Only thing I will complain about was there being an off putting smell in our room but it was fine after being in there for a minute. Would stay again not too far from downtown chicago either for a far cheaper price than most places!”

“We didn't avail ourselves to any of the amenities, but the hotel property was well groomed the lobby was clean and orderly. Check in was a breeze. I don't think I spent more than 5 minutes checking in. The room was very nice, the bed firm (made for a great night's sleep). All in all, it was an excellent stay!”

“This property looks nothing like in the photos. It is very dated, and worn. It needs alot of updating and cleaning. There is torn carpet in the room, no sink plug, the drain smelled horrible, and there were guests smoking across the hall all the time, despite being non-smoking. The hotel was noisy, and we could constantly hear the people above us stomping around. The property needs a deep cleaning. The one positive was the helpful front desk staff. I would not stay here again.”

“Easy check in… clean room. Comfortable bed. Lots of pillows. Breakfast was great… plenty to choose from. Close to I355 and great restaurants and bars.”

“This hotel is absolutely spotless and incredibly well-maintained. There's a large shopping mall nearby, and you can easily visit H-Mart to enjoy a wide variety of international foods and groceries. They also offer complimentary breakfast and coffee. The only downside is that the rooms on the second floor can be quite noisy due to traffic.”
