“No hot tub. No one cleaned our room”

“The property is not taken care of. There was a dead bug in our bathroom. The toilet was stained. The pool had things floating all in it and was unbearably hot when you walked into the pool area. All in all, would never come back. The elevator sounded like someone was manually moving it. Terrifying.”

“I would have gave it an excellent if the pool wasn't closed on the hottest day of the year. We were coming from a race at National trails and just wanted to jump into a cool pool, with the temp well into the 90's, before bed. If I would of know the this I would of booked a different hotel. “Everything was great. The WIFI kept going in and out throughout the stay...don't know why. Hotel is close to great restaurants within easy walking distance to the square. Also the hotel is close to walking trail which was wonderful.”
