“If you enjoy warm or hot showers, this is not the hotel for you. I stayed here five nights and had five cold showers. I know stuff happens, so I let the front desk know. I was told by the assistant manager that he would send maintenance. Again, cold shower next day. I figured whatever he tried didn't work and let the assistant manager know again. Again, he said he would send maintenence.
Well, long story short, it repeated every day. I asked nicely for them to do something to make it right,...

“The hotel has a good value for money since also the rich buffet breakfast is included in the rates. Laundry is possible, including air dryers.
Rooms are large and equipped with fridge and microwave. Staff is nice and helpful.

“This property is nothing like what’s shown online. The photos make it look clean and well-maintained, but the reality is completely different.
The condition of this place is unacceptable…dirty throughout, with carpet literally being held together by duct tape, stained and worn dining chairs, and torn bedding that should have been replaced long ago. The elevator (only 1 of 2 available) was dirty and had graffiti, and the entire building smelled strongly of cigarette smoke mixed with body...
