“Lovely stay in this friendly pub. Fantastic breakfast, plenty of choice. Staff were excellent, specially the lovely girl who worked so hard to make sure everything was OK. We were welcomed by the locals and had two days of live music in the garden. Fab weekend.”

Thew room was spacious , tasteful and well equipped. The bed was a large and the duvet large enough for 2 people which isn't always the case. “Helen and Paul must be two of the nicest and kindest hosts we've met. After a 6 hour drive, to arrive to a cream tea laid out in the apartment was truly a lovely touch. “A really tranquil and well thought out hotel. Great little touches like including an anniversary card in the room for us, and extra amenities in the spa. The staff were friendly and polite, the food was good quality. “We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. We were under the impression that there was only one hut but we spotted 4 altogether.
