“Very nice cosy hotel, clean and very close to Bromley shopping center and train/bus station.”

“It’s a nice hotel, I liked the decor and room was clean. I didn’t hear other guests apart from some occasional hall door slamming (but nothing too bad). However there was strange vibrating noise in my room that would go on and off every day, super annoying. Not sure what it was perhaps some ventilation installed on the roof or in the walls because in my room nothing made noise.”

“Ho prenotato un monolocale con una cucina. All'arrivo ci hanno dato una camera familiare con due letti singoli. La camera prenotata io dovrebbe avere un letto king size visto che eravamo due adulti. Ho spiegato al reception diverse volte e sempre loro risposta era we will inform management. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni senza nessun soluzione e ultimo giorno ci hanno rimborsato 15 £. Pulizia della camera non è abbastanza. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato capelli in bagno e il pavimento non lavato....

“Reasonably clean room. Shower was good. Single staff member Ambiance of dining room was spoiled with a vacuum cleaner and ironing board in the room. The hotel is old and not well maintained but was adequate for a short stay.”

“Terribile, letto scomodo, cuscini non confortevoli, caldo insopportabile per mancanza di aria condizionata, pulizie inesistenti, bagno senza specchio, asciugacapelli mancante e scarsa fornitura di shampoo, bagno schiuma, sapone e caffè. Sono scappato dopo pochi giorni.”

“Great place to stay when attending an event at Crystal Palace Park. We loved the room, attention to details, the very nice breakfast and how friendly the staff is. We also the pub, it was lively with a great atmosphere.”

“Nice gentleman greeted us and explained house rules. Took a little time to meet on arrival but no issues.”

“Very nice Hotel, comfortable and clean room, friendly environment. I wish they could improve the breakfast time: starting at 0730 it is just way too late! I went to the restaurant at 0735 and they were still not fully ready and since is not a buffet, you need to actually order at the table is not something you can rush a bit if you have to go, so I was given a coffee and just one (1) pastry to take away. ”
