“I felt the staff were friendly and the property was really nice and comfortable.The only thing I felt a little problematic was the location . Its really difficult to get Ola or Uber during rush hours. Rest everything was upto the mark.”

“It was very conveient to be able to walk to the hotel from the train station on arrival. The staff were exceptionally friendly and service oriented. I was pleased with the size and cleaniless of the room. Glad there was extra blankets as Shimla does get cold. Mornings i enjoyed having the breakfast options, paratha and chai and scrambled eggs got me going for the day!”

“hotel is very convinently situated near the government Lifts and Hotel has lifts which leads to The Mall Road .This hotel is however not good for people having disability and you have to climb steep stairs to reach the way to the Lobby /Reception.Newly renovated rooms in New Wing do not have any view.”
