“This hotel could have so much potential considering the location, but unfortunately the room and floor especially was filthy, mold growing up the bathroom walls, severely chlorinated pool to the point you cant even get in, which you are forced out anyway by people acting like animals and blasting music. This will definitely be a one and done stay.”

“There is no doubt that its a new and shiny property. On the positive side, it feels upscale and there is plenty of parking. The beds are good, a/c works well, no noise in the rooms and the bathrooms are clean. However, like others have pointed out, there are some negatives as well. I don't think its a child friendly property because the rooms are really small and the policies are more geared towards adults only (for example pool time restriction for kids, no bring your own food to common areas,...

“Hotel system was down and delayed check in. We checked in at 330p and the hotel checked another guest in our room around 930p. The other guests tried entering our room 3x, which was very scary. I called the front desk and no answer. Went to front desk and they said the room was showing as vacant. The front staff apologized with no regards for the safety of my family and told me it's because I booked with a 3rd party. Didn't offer me a refund or any accommodation for the mishap.”

“If your trying to save some money, there aren't maybe places that put on as good a show. The hotel is classicly dated. Tucked away just off some forever road construction in Stroudsburg PA. Minutes from main street (Gamers Edge )and the Pocono Cinema and Cultural Center (Great ice Cream and movie treats) The area has great diners within 15min but for the most part you'll have to hit main street for any night life as Stroudsburg is on Small town time.
