“The elevator and pool were both out of service at check-in. No one offered a call or message inform us of these use inconveniences. During our visit the elevator was supposed to leave repaired then time we try to use it we were stuck in the elevator and had to call Emergency Services. The pool area had a foul smell and the motor was not running so the water was not being filtered although the out of service sign had been removed the next day.
