“From 7/4-7/6 the pool WAS not available. And that’s because they allowed locals to have their 4th of July family cookouts there from 1pm til they closed the pools at 10pm. I mean so many people that you couldn’t even enjoy the pool because of all the kids & family members that was invited. When us guest paying close to $200 a night & not able to take a dip comfortably because so many people who weren’t even paid guest on the property. I was able to spend less than an hour on the 5th around 1pm...

“This is an exceptional place to stay. The reason it’s a 4 star not a 5 is because there were A LOT of kids for lacrosse and they screamed in the pool and took over the entire pool and lobby. They ran down the hallways and I feel the staff - who was really phenomenal- should have told the parents (who had no manners) to behave with consideration for all the guests who were staying. The staff did not and the guests including us could not use the pool or sleep until 10:00pm when the pool was...

“It met our expectations. It was clean, easy to park, convenient to King of Prussia area, Villanova, highway access, and the PGA event that was taking place. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good as expected. The one thing the hotel could improve would be that our shower had very low water pressure.”

The sheets were never changed, and I had to go to the front desk just to get clean towels. When I asked why housekeeping hadn't serviced the room, I was told it was because of the holiday....
