“We had two rooms for 7 travelers. The first group arrived & checked in around 9 pm & discovered the toilet continuously running an hour later and would not flush. The front desk was contacted and offered to move to a different room. This was with a baby and all their luggage at 11 pm at night. The front desk made no offer to discount the cost of the room which is not acceptable given the significant inconvenience of packing up and moving rooms with a young baby.”

“Nothing is included with your stay. They charge for parking and they charge for the continental breakfast. Our room was right next to the fire doors in the middle of the hallway, they were incredibly loud every time some went through them.”
