“Hotel wants almost a full background check run before you check in”

“Yes the light fixture was hanging in the one room it was like that when we arrived I took a picture and all the windows were unlocked an there was a small cigarette like burn on the comforter in the room with the two beds I took a picture of that as well other wise the home is perfect Thank you! We are enjoying our time and plan to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool ”

“The woman who handled breakfast was an absolute gem. Everything else was only average. Walls were paper thin, we could hear guests TVs all night long. Hotel was obviously short staffed (as mentioned by the woman who checked us in.”

“The bed wasn’t comfortable at all. The windows had no screen in them so you couldn’t open the windows to let the air in ”

“Parking was easy and accessible. Room was clean. The stopper for the bathtub didn’t hold water which makes bathing children a challenge — not everyone showers. The stairwell didn’t get vacuumed the 3 days we were there. ”

“We had to switch rooms as we were placed in an a Joining room we weren’t aware of. The staff was wonderful and provided us with the only room they had left which was a king. Unfortunately that meant my husband, son and myself all had to share a bed. The room was not clean, light fixtures were off, it smelled like someone was smoking weed LITERALLY right outside of our door. We also had to deal with people running up and down the hall all night. “We did not stay! Trying to get our money back. Its nothing like the picture, no handsoap, no breakfast, pool is closed. Offered no alternaitves. ”
