“The Front Desk was excellent! There was a problem with my reservation and they were patient and waited for me to get it corrected. As soon as it's was resolved, they called and had my room ready! The staff was very professional! The rooms were excellent!”

“Check in was nice, we had a choice of room. Our room was clean, the air conditioning worked, the hair dryer did not. The out door pool wasn't open due couple of days rain. Staff was very accommodating, when asked for toilet paper they brought it right away. Breakfast wasn't bad, but not great. Main ontrays were in 3 different spots. Waffles were good. Was easy to get uber or lyft.”

Thr bathroom was not cleaned well, the shampoo bottle was broken off the wall just sitting on the side of the tub, the sink leaked and there was a gap above the door so you could see the light from the hallway. “The staff were very accommodating and showed genuine concern for the ordeal I went through at Baymont Inn. The suite we stayed had a few issues, however as far as missing kitchen equipment it was replaced by staff immediately upon notifying them. The shower curtain rod is not securely attached and so the curtain falls to the middle of the tub. I used paperclips to hold the curtain closed but it needs a couple of screws.
