“I had a wonderful three-month vacation here. The house is just as stated, with everything that I needed. The backyard is enclosed for a pet. There is a golf cart included. The hosts are so attentive, want everything to be perfect for one's stay. I couldn't of asked for a better location. I would positively recommend this home. I will be back also.”

“We decided to check out The Villages since our kids will be off to college in few years. The villa is newer or updated and very clean. The size and layout was great for 2 adults and 2 older teens. The neighborhood is nice and a short golf cart ride to Sumpter Square for dinner, Starbucks, music, groceries and light shopping (few boutiques and gift shops). “I thought it was good overall…great location. They could use a couple of items. Cookie sheets, clocks, and more comfortable porch furniture. Could also use a full length mirror. I feel like with a vrbo however I should not have had to buy my own toilet paper and paper towels, nor should I be required to wash sheets and make up beds if I am paying a cleaning fee.”

“Kevin was great. He answered any questions we had and his villa was perfect! Although we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and cooking utensils and paper supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen. There was even a Keurig and several K-cups. We enjoyed coffee and donuts on the lanai and sitting in the sun on the lounge chairs. My wife particularly enjoyed riding the golf cart to the town squares.
