“The staff are friendly and helpful. There's a kitchen and a guest living room in the hallway, with other rooms surrounding them. The bathroom is public but has privacy, which is okay. The room is quiet, and, most importantly, it is close to Brown and RISD if you are visiting either, since the hotel is on College Hill. The booking assistant, Stefano, responded very quickly each time I needed anything. Overall, it's quite nice and clean.”

“Clean room. Great fitness center! Breakfast was included and had a great variety of choices with several hot choices. The kitchen in the room was well equipped including a dishwasher. I enjoyed my stay. ”

“Struttura molto datata che avrebbe decisamente bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Stanza e bagno molto ampi e puliti ma con arredo fermo agli anni ‘80. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione inclusa con scarsa scelta di bevande e cibo.”

“La posizione è il punto di forza, vicino alle attrazioni principali e ai mezzi pubblici. Comodissimo l'adiacente parcheggio convenzionati. L'hotel è un po' old stile, conserva però il facchino dell'edificio originale, il Biltmore hotel.”

“Kay was the wonder women of this hotel. I arrived sick and she sent me a tray to my room, with tea and honey. The staff were wonderful. The location and rooms were so modern and comfortable. Recommend this as best Providence stay.”

“THE BED!! Its all about the bed and Bally's has the most comfortable and cozy bed I've ever slept in....better than home..thats the truth!! Room is always spotless and I always just fall into the bed, wish I could sleep here everynight, thank you”

The communication was excellent and great recommendations and information regarding the area was provided despite there being no on site staff. I would definitely recommend staying here for the convenience and comfort!”

“Camera vecchia ma decorosa, chiusa forse da tanto perche era fredda e umida. Prezzo e posizione ok per noi che siamo stati sia a newport che a providence. Non c'è servizio colazione e in camera non è possibile neanche farsi un caffè. ”
