“Multiple outlets not working in room for plugging in devices, unable to charge devices. One of the lights in room was not working. Water in the bathroom from tap and in the toilet was brown. Called front deks and they told us it was because of recent work done- only information given on calling, no info prior to that. Positives: room ready on time, multiple options for breakfast. easy parking.”

“We stayed one night with two toddlers, and it was functional. Not very clean, but not disgusting. The facilities definitely need to be updated and repaired, but the aesthetics of the room were not our priority. The bedding and towels have holes, and there are no blackout curtains.”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“I don’t think I can sum up such a disappointing experience in less than 1500 characters. The rooms smelled like cigarettes, which is odd for a non smoking facility. The room has sticky floors, and uncomfortable beds with blankets the thickness of paper towels but don't ask for extra, they’re $50 per blanket. Breakfast consisted of bagels, waffles, and cereal. Low effort to match the low quality I guess. The hotel was far from sound proof. You could literally hear ever little noise and...

“Great stay, Great staff”

“DO NOT BOOK HERE, they have BEDBUGS!!! Me and my family were in the room for a couple hours, and there was BEDBUGS crawling on the beds. I took a picture of it and immediately removed my kids and stuff. The property were mean asf about it, like they knew they had them and still charged over 100$ a night! This place is disgustingly dirty, there were also a bunch of insects in the lobby! DONT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE SLEEPING WITH BEDBUGS!!!”

“Not the most comfortable beds and the lights barely worked. Shower was not the cleanest either. I guess for something cheap it'll do.”

“Clean room, jacuzzi worked half of time, old building that needed upgrades, no elevator, walking distance to some restaurants, very busy lodge with people in and out, nightlife. Overall, it was ok.”

“I stayed one night and the hotel was just fine. Additionally there are at least two restaurants within walking distance. And one of them is a Brown Derby, which was quite tasty. Would have no problem staying at this hotel again in the future. No complaints.”
