“The lobby is perhaps the best part. In my room, the sink was a bit dirty and there were fingerprints on everything metallic and shiny. The shower and toilet were very clean. The carpet was very worn and should have been replaced years ago. The duvet covers were super heavy. I have no idea how anyone could sleep under that. The sheets. Oh dear. Every sheet and pillowcase had worn out holes in them and some looked like a motorcycle ran them over (they must have been cooked to death in the dryer)....

“This little gem has become my favorite stay at The Woodlands. The location really can’t be beat. It’s maybe a 15 minute walk to Waterway Square. I love their indoor pool. There’s a cute little courtyard with a fire pit. Considering all of the amenities, the price is great. Also free hot breakfast in the morning. I really enjoyed the jalapeño egg soufflé. The staff at this location is particularly nice as well. I always get great service when I check in. Everyone is super friendly. ”

“From the welcome to check out- I felt at HOME. Clean smells all over, everything worked, and the personalized welcome in my room was the icing on top. This hotel does NOT miss!! Love it! ”

“The place was beautifully clean, well-decorated and thoughtfully appointed. We had the entire place to ourselves, too. The bed was comfortable. The main areas were well-stocked with candies, teas, coffees, etc. I would definitely stay again!”

“Guest room walls are paper thin, breakfast bar is the worst I’ve seen. Muffins were ice cold and no microwave, very limited selection of products. Meats looked terrible. Limited fruits. ”
