“I booked a $450 + / night room in January for a mid May stay with my wife. We were there to see Sting at the The Pavilion in The Woodlands so the venue was worth the extra costs to us. Unfortunately, when we arrived to check in I was pulled aside and informed by the Operations Manager they had overbooked the hotel with a convention and I no longer had a room. Needless to say this was a huge disappointment and shock. I was told they were going to refund my room 100% and they had reserved a room...

Every staff member I came into contact with was amazing and friendly. The best part about it was momma in the kitchen. First, the breakfast every morning was different and it was a good one.
