“We planned the booking for the pool but it was cold, the floors were slimey, the water was foggy and the hot tub was out of order. My granddaughter was extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t have booked had I I is that the pool was in that condition. The room was ok but very noisy with the pool there. The one gentleman in the evening was very nice”

“The only good thing about staying here was the free breakfast. The staff really needs to work on their professional appearance. Most of them are dressed down with no type of professional attire. There was no one at the front desk when I needed help or had a question. I stayed there for 3 nights and housekeeping never showed up in our room. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “The staff was the most friendly I think I have ever encountered. I travel a lot and they welcomed me from the moment I called to get picked up until the moment I left. I was due back in a week and they knew it and made sure I was taken care of. Fantastic stay!!”

“Except the convenience of the accessibility to the terminal, there are nothing to say good about this hotel specially for it's price. It's just a normal westin. However if you have a flight any other airlines except Delta, you should take a shuttle for the north terminal and the bus stop is right outside of the hotel but it takes a long way. It took almost 30 min. for us from the room to the UA check-in counter.”

“My room was not clean when i checked in… ruined the experience for me. I didn’t expect lavish but the cleanliness really through me off. The employee at the front desk did give me a hard time in the beginning but i guess I’ll see how helpful she was once i received my refund.”

“Great pool that was open late. Breakfast was good and quite a variety, just wish it would have gone on until 10:30 instead of 10:00.”

“Close to the airport. Make sure you speak with the front desk about shuttle set up to the airport. If you fly into Detroit and go wait for your shuttle to arrive-It won’t. You need to have that set up with the front desk. Don’t try to do it when you arrive. It won’t happen. Do it in advance and be aware the numbers to the front desk are difficult to locate. I finally had to skip the shuttle and use Uber. Now I know. Call way ahead.”

“Place wasn't clean, it makes you feel very uncomfortable and you risk your health. On top of that, I have never received back the $52 security deposit, without any damages reported of course. Avoid this place, is a huge risk for your health and your money!!”
