“The beds were the comfiest hotel beds ever! The hotel smelled pleasant and clean. Pool was nice but a little cooler, the fire pits weren’t turned on, it was 10am but the hours were supposed to start at 9am. The room needed more towels and wash clothes. We had 4 of us (double beds) and only 2 towels and 2 wash clothes. Desk lady was nice at check in but didn't give us directiond to find our room or times/places for the pool and breakfast til we asked. Would Definitely stay again!! ”
“Breakfast was good on both days and supper was good as well. My room was neat and clean staff was helpful and pleasant. The fire alarm was unexpected but staff handled it pretty well. ”
“Jovi checked us in and she couldn’t have done a better job!!! Pointed us to all the attractions, transportation, food, etc. Super friendly and absolutely LOVED our stay. Ended the night at the hotel bar. Bartender was amazing and we also ordered food (pizza) which was excellent. Especially impressed with the security of the hotel. Will definitely be back!”
“We liked the overall look of the hotel. It was old style building with modern renovations. Our room and hallways were capacious. Complimentary coffee in the lobby was really good. They gave us a microwave in our room upon request. Our one night stay was comfortable.”

"Wonderful and polite staff! Amazing welcoming at the reception and available for any question or concern.
Rooms clean and well equipped! Brand new and very spacious. Valet always available! The service was amazing.
If I'll be back in Cincinnati, I will for sure book again this place.
