“La camera era spaziosa, pulita e con cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Mancano bidet e spazzolino per il water. Buona la colazione inclusa nel prezzo, possibilità di preparare waffle caldi sul momento. Buon assortimento dei prodotti anche se son sempre gli stessi. Comoda la possibilità di cenare presso il ristorante interno. Personale sempre pronto ad ascoltare e aiutare i clienti nelle varie problematiche che si possono presentare.”

“The Wall Street hotel e’ un bellissimo albergo con camere molto eleganti e non eccessivamente piccole per lo standard di New York. Il Financials district è perfetto per Brooklyn, 9/11 Memorial e Statua della Libertà e con una buona passeggiata si raggiungono Tribeca e Soho. Il Direttore dell’albergo è stato estremamente gentile offrendoci una colazione per alleviare il disagio di aver perso una notte a causa della perdita di coincidenza del nostro volo. “The outlet wasn't working so I could do my work. I was not accommodated whatsoever. They simply brushed me off and said "sorry the maintenance man left and the rooms are booked." No other way to take care of a paying customer.”

“The area around the hotel is a little rough but the hotel itself was clean and tidy. It is located close to the train and parking on the streets was fairly open when we were there. Good breakfast, and friendly staff. The Laundry room worked well and it has a decent fitness room.”

La pulizia della camera non buonissima: il letto andrebbe rifatto e non sistemato tirando su le coperte; il bagno andrebbe pulito ovunque, anche il vetro della porta piena di impronte; i bicchieri vuoti delle consumazioni al bar andrebbero portati fuori dalla camera.”

“We love Seaport and the location of the hotel was the reason we chose to stay there this time instead of nearer Wall Street/One World Trade. However, it did feel slightly out of the way being the far end of Seaport. The staff were great, very helpful and polite. We had a few drinks in the bar which were all delicious. The room was a decent size and had lots of space to unpack and relax. Bathroom was also great. The hotel was clean, but was a little dated.”

“Ancora prima di arrivare in hotel,mi è arrivata una mail con scritto che laia carta di credito non era andata a buon fine pur avendo sulla prenotazione,il pagamento in struttura,quindi ero preoccupato perché sulla mail non mi dava la possibilità di cambiare carta,quindi mi preannunciata la disdetta della camera. Dopo varie peripezie e chiamate a pagamento in lingua inglese sono riuscito a mantenere la prenotazione. Hotel.com non avendo la possibilità di parlare con un operatore,solo virtuale,non...
