“This is a very clean and nice hotel. It feels brand new and the staff was incredibly friendly and polite. My only complaint was the noise. It seems like when building this hotel, they really cheaped out on soundproofing. The room wasn't the cleanest and it could have been updated. The bathroom door wouldn't close/lock. Overall I was satisfied with the room and staff. The breakfast was cereal, bagels and waffles. Bed a little stiff and bottom sheet not fitted so it rolled up under me during the night but I slept very well. And only 2 pillows on each double bed, would have like another one. “We enjoy a decently warm pool, meaning 83-86 degrees. This one felt cold, like maybe 79-80. We also really enjoy a nice warm hot tub, say around 95-97. This one felt like it was about 87-88. The pool water had a bunch of hair floating. Outside the pool was filthy and red spots that made me wonder if it was blood scattered around in various spots.
