“We requested a room change on arrival as we were over looking a rusted metal roof top! Vineet spoke to reception and sorted it for us. All staff are always helpful. Yangsong, Leela, always went over and above to help. Shiva, the head of food and beverage, the deputy front desk manager who arranged our taxi, even the GM, all so approachable! Everyone had a smile on their face! Lovely place to relax ”

“The property was beautiful and the staff were amazing! The location was beachfront and amenities including yoga were top notch. The room was comfortable and clean. You’re able to do dinner outside overlooking the beach and had a special bakery treat for my birthday. Great selection and service at breakfast!”

“We were a honeymoon couple and we were not given the category of room which we had asked for and booked for- floating room. Whilst booking we had called the hotel that we particularly want the floating room when booked with expedia but not given. Even the staff is lousy. Expedia staff kept calling the hotel but the night Reception staff kept hanging their phone without answering and finally kept the phone aside.spoiled our honeymoon plans. ”

The deluxe AC room has a comfortable king bed, good reverse cycle Air-conditioning unit as well as ceiling fan, bar fridge, stainless steel electric kettle, flat screen TV, premium quality linen, quilts and towels, and good Tata Tetley teabags and instant coffee with creamer and sugar is provided. The bathroom is clean, Western style with running hot and cold water 24...
