“12 months since my last visit and the staff are even better than I remember. Arriving 2am you might except the “night” staff welcome but no smiling faces and helpful staff. The room is well equipped but the towels could do with changing as they are getting a bit scratchy but everything else is fine. “The property is a bit out of the city and getting cabs is a challenge. The hotel can arrange cabs but this was expensive for short trips, but may be on par with other travel agents for long travel.”
