“Dirty room, filthy carpets & dusty. Linens smelled used. This room was offered bc we didn’t booked it through them. The front desk person at check-in was the only one friendly. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Cleanness confirmed why SC has the tittle of most dirtiest hotels in the nation. Look it up! Parking is convenient, but lots of trash on all perimeters. “The floor was sticky and not clean. Pillows were almost flat and like cardboard. Only one bath towel for 2 adults, only one roll of toilet paper and no tissues. Called front desk for toilet paper, tissues and towels; they said it would be "right up". Two hours later we had to go get stuff. Front desk was not helpful, finally gave me towels (one to use as pillow) and 1 roll of toilet paper. ”

“The ad for this property undersold what we got. This was a large apartment with a full kitchen, huge bathroom and separate laundry room. We were not expecting how nice it was. Great location, only a block of the river. Great food options. Downtown a very short walk. Riverwalk one block away. This was a great place to stay. We would stay again without hesitation. Note there was a separate damage deposit that was a little suspect because it wasn't mentioned in the Expedia reservation. ...
