“The toilet seat was peeling, the light in the bathroom flickered, the plate of the iron had melted debris on it, the refrigerator did not work even after the staff came to look at it, the carpeting was stained. The table at breakfast was dirty, and the floor was sticky in the dining room.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the shower/tub would not drain. Perhaps drains should be maintained or draino’d regularly, rather than wait until a guest has a bad experience before maintaining them. It would be much cheaper than losing business.”

“Through no fault of the hotel there was no hot water for the two days we were there. The boiler for the hot water broke. The hotel is filthy and needs to be detailed and cleaned by professionals. The rooms needs to be remodeled, it is old and worn. The staff were polite and friendly and did their best to be accommodating. Our stay was fully refunded.”

“Posizione facilmente raggiungibile. Ci serviva solo come punto di ristoro nel trasferimento da Chicago a Niagara Falls. In realtà le camere sono pulite ma un po' da rinnovare soprattutto per quanto riguarda la moquette. Poco spazio per appoggiare le valigie (avevamo prenotato una camera per 4 persone). Lo stesso dicasi per le zone comuni e per la piscina, veramente piccola e in condizioni di pulizia a fine giornata alquanto discutibili. Colazione abbondante. In definitiva un po' una delusione se...

“Facility is located right in a no income housing area and sketchy to say the least. Needles lying in the parking lot area. The exterior and stairs are crumbling. The rooms have been refurbished, and the staff is good although.”

“The staff were the friendliest people and took care of our requests right away. The property was marginal at best. Breakfast was ok, I always appreciate Hotel Waffles but that was the high point, Eggs and sausage was warm almost cold. The bathroom was clean but when I got ready to,take a shower the hot water only lasted about 3 minutes before turning cold. The room keys worked 25% of the time nd I had to have them reload 3 times with a 50% success rate. The room was noisy with paper thin walls,...
