“We had an amazing stay. Everyone was very helpful and the hotel was very clean. All of the amenities were amazing and there was even more than I knew was included when I originally booked it. I loved that you could use all amenities a few hours before check in and also after checkout until 3pm. This was great for us because weather was not great for beach so we were able to use the pool and hot tub after checkout until 3pm. We had our two children (5 and 7) and they were beyond happy with this...

“The room smelled very damp and the hallway had a strong smell of urine. The toilet tank cover was visibly smaller than the tank and on backwards to cover the too big opening which still had gaps. We were not given enough towels for the number of people in our family. The room was not prepared with bedding for the pull out couch/bed that we required. One Front desk staff employee was on her phone when we went to make requests for supplies that should have already been in our room. And the other...
