“I didn’t get the promised text or email telling me what room I was in. I called the help number but it wasn’t answered. I left a message but have never been called back. I have tried that number about 12 times but it always goes to answer phone. There was another phone number mentioned on my earliest Expedia correspondence and when I called it an Indian man said I had a wrong number. “The family room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Only 3 mins from ferry terminal. Appreciated the free self-serve breakfast, and fully equipped communal kitchen. ”
