“This is a very busy hotel. Lots of families and sport teams occupying the resort. Check in time is very very crowded. Pack your patience. Staff was friendly, pool area was nice but be prepared to not have a chair to lounge on due to patrons saving spots. Rooms were nice and clean and had everything you needed. We booked a couples massage at the SPA and it was lovely!”

“Our unit at Chateau Ridge Chalet was excellent!! Beautiful place very nice decor and clean. It's only a 10 minute walk from the Blue Mountain village. Close to the Scandinave Spa as well as Collingwood. Also, easy and fast communication with the owners. Highly recommend this piece. DH & GL”

“Great place. A few areas that look like they needed a bit of repair. (Wall, counter) Basic furniture and there was a stain on the couch. Overall the place was quite spacious and at was about an 8-10 minute walk to the village.”

“This place is good value for money. Loved having a kitchen and the TV/fireplace area is lovely. It could use some TLC (peeling paint, old grout, etc). It was cozy and warm, great location. The only downside was the mattress on the bed. It was very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. I ended up sleeping on the sofabed on the third night, which was a bit better but also not great. Would definitely return if the mattress was upgraded.”

“Wonderful service provided by front staff, breakfast had lots of variety felt satisfied with the service. But the i gave 4 star and not 5 is the lady at breakfast. First of all she saw me struggling with waffle maker, instead of saying anything she just started preparing waffle for me. And after that i saw her being polite and greeting other customers but with us she didn’t even smile or greet us. I felt little bad about that. I don’t want to say she is being racist maybe there can be another...

“The location was good, walking distance to restaurants and the Main Street. A short drive to Blue Mountain Village. The room was clean, fresh and the beds were comfortable. The parking was convenient just outside the door, no hallways.”

“Checkin was very smooth and had easy to follow instructions. The unit was clean and perfect for what I needed. The entrance was right at the bottom of one of the ski hills which in the winter would be very convenient. The bed was super comfortable, but it was high off the ground. I’m 5’8” and still had to do a little hop to get onto the bed. So it wouldn’t be great for those with mobility issues. Be prepared to bring your a step if it is a problem.”
