“I would recommend checking into the smell of your guest bathrooms in the lower level of the hotel. I have been here twice for conferences and the bathrooms smell like a sewer is backing up. The hotel is very clean and well maintained but we had conference attendees commenting on this also which is not a good look for a conference.”

“Pillows and bed left you feeling a bit uncomfortable for overall cleanliness. This was a suite with kitchen but no plate set, or even silverware so I would have needed to bring any cooking supplies. Maybe this is how it is across all chains, but it was disappointing. The front desk person was nice and located a couple paper plates for the first night which was nice.”
