“Staff was helpful when our tv was not working. Someone came to the room to help resolve the issue immediately.”

“Breakfast was good. Amenities were good. But housekeeping did not come every day to refresh my room or clean unless I asked them to. During my two-week stay, they only came half of the time to clean, and it was only because I requested them to.”

“The one staff member we encountered at check-in was lovely. However, she was the only person on site with full capacity and there were maintenance issues that she was trying to work through such as broken ice machine. When we got back late in the evening, a guest was there to check in and the guest was locked out and hotel staff was nowhere to be found. In the morning we realized there was no smoke alarm in our room. Maintenance and amount of staff are a problem.”

“Beds were very noisy. Bathroom shower faucet was broken. Staff were very helpful, until checkout. The morning concierge seemed put out that I requested a luggage cart, and a printed receipt.”

“The front of the property was cute and rustic. But once you go around to the rooms in the back, it's not very clean. We had to change rooms three times due to the room smelling of snoke or the room did not seem worth the money. The staff was friendly and changed our rooms without a hassle. Breakfast is very functional, nothing fancy and great. It's a decent spot for a quick stay. ”

“We returned to Uptown Suites because the room is so clean and comfortable and the staff members are friendly and very helpful. Also, it is in a very nice location. We look forward to returning!”

“Clean room. Didn’t swim, but pool are looked clean. No fitness center, Breakfast only minimal. Required $100 additional deposit for incidentals - either on card (takes 7-10 days to reverse charge) or cash (I offered cash and asked for a receipt, but the clerk said that’s not how they do it …they just put a note on it and give it back at checkout. I refused to hand over the cash without a receipt, so I told him to charge to the card. This whole part was a little sketch).”

“This is by far my favorite place to stay when we visit this part of Denver. The rooms are always so clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable and its location is perfect!”
