“Room was quite small ,but recently maintained.There are no regular TV channels available so that is a big minus.The breakfast was decent and staff where courteous and helpful.But the toilet is a disaster it is tiny and I'll planned,no hot water in the shower in the morning as they are run on solar only and in Bangalore in winter this makes it very difficult.The water from the toilet overflows almost to room floor and toilet is a mess. A mixed bag kverall.the toilet is as verplanned,”

“Pros: Property is close to IIM Bangalore. It's about 12 KM from city centre (Majestic). Rooms are neatly maintained. Cons: Eventhough hotel claims vehicle parking is available but there is only a limited parking available. Guests have to park their vehicles on road side. In house restaurant closes by 22:30 Hrs. Breakfast is very basic and not upto the mark.”

“I had booked a family triple room with king bed and a double bed with a living space and they charged 12500 per night which is way more than the price of the rooms at this property as per the receptionist . They did not provide the same room while checking in and just said it’s been given to some marriage party. Then they offered another room. Overall it was not worth the money , amenities were bad and would not recommend it”

“Horrible stay. The shower was not working. Was not getting hot water also. Complained but nothing was done. They offered to change the room but it was too much trouble for me. Also on the last night; AC was not working. There was no cooling. I hardly slept. ”
