“Room was quite small ,but recently maintained.There are no regular TV channels available so that is a big minus.The breakfast was decent and staff where courteous and helpful.But the toilet is a disaster it is tiny and I'll planned,no hot water in the shower in the morning as they are run on solar only and in Bangalore in winter this makes it very difficult.The water from the toilet overflows almost to room floor and toilet is a mess. “It’s under construction, my room smelt like paint, paint all over the floors beside the bed, I could hear every word the person down the hall was speaking. They obviously were not ready for guests and the pictures they showed were not what was provided. ”

There was a booking ussue upon arrival, however Sangeeta was able to resolve it very professionally and quickly, even adding an extra free day as compensation. Exceptional customer service. The hotel is in a good location, with close access to an airtel store for help with sim cards and other services you'd need while travelling. “Horrible stay. The shower was not working. Was not getting hot water also. Complained but nothing was done. They offered to change the room but it was too much trouble for me. Also on the last night; AC was not working. There was no cooling. I hardly slept. ”
