3. Rustic Mountain View Village

Three Rivers

“Property is just as described. Pretty rustic but it had very comfy beds, great A/C in most of the house, and was very quiet even though near a road. We felt very safe and had everything we needed. Note that the kitchen doesn’t have a dishwasher, if that makes a difference to you, and the wi-fi kept stopping overnight. There were some other rustic/quirky things but it was just fine for a quiet safe comfortable place to stay just minutes from the park.”

4. 8.4 MILES from Sequoia National Park

Three Rivers

“Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Have everything. Feel like staying at home. Owner provided very detailed instructions, which made it easy for visitors to find the driveway entrance. Not far from sequoia national park entrance but it takes over 40 mins to the popular sites in the park. So If it is for visiting sequoia NP, it will be better to stay inside the park, to avoid driving back and forth along the winding mountain road.”

“WARNING: MICE AND RODENT INFESTATION, DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!!! We had the unfortunate experience of staying in this property. While there are several issues with this property: inaccurate online description and photos, outdated interior, locked cabinets so we had nowhere to put our food, uncovered electrical outlets, electrical chords in the middle of the kitchen walkway, the description of the river being right in the back yard of this property is simply not true, I could go on! “Lovely studio apt is as nice as it is described online. The convenience of the location, very close to the Sequoia Nat'l park entrance is great. We could roll out of bed, pack a lunch and be in the park before all the crowds. We enjoyed having the river in the "backyard" and visits by the local wildlife (deer, turkeys and songbirds) as well as the pair of domestic ducks who kept us company on the river bank.”

“What a charming place, conveniently located close to the entry of the park! Every detail of this home was outstanding. Beautifully decorated, well stocked and very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the coffee provided and other amenities of the place. Close to local restaurants and the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of hiking. The host was very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this stay and will certainly be back if we’re in the area. Thank you!”

19. Sequoia Basecamp: Relaxing Retreat w/ Courtyard

Three Rivers

“The property was clean and nicely stocked. It was convenient location heading to Sequoia national Park while we were celebrating our daughters birthday. My only complaints were that there was no ice (the giant lovely refrigerator is not hooked up to water) and the tiny ice trays only fill one cup. Additionally, the auto off bathroom light switch was pretty aggressive as you had to keep waving your arms around while going to the bathroom or the lights would shut off every 30 seconds to 1 minute....
