He went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. The hot tub is a luxurious perk and the home feels private even with other guests. The location is convenient for exploring the Catskills. “It was a joy to be there for it had everything including real cups and saucers with spoons! No paper cups, which I appreciated. Plus live bamboo in the room and more than adequate bathroom products including new tooth brushes. Real art and prints on the wall that gave it a very Asian- European flair. Lovely”

“When we arrived, there was a ton of confusion. A film crew was setting up to film scenes in an upcoming Amazon film. We were directed to the rear of the property as we were mistaken as some of the crew. When we finally did get to check in with the front desk they told us that "this was only going on for the next few days" which meant our entire stay. Next, after settling into our room, our vehicle was entirely surrounded by gear belonging to the film crew. There was poor communication between...
