I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”

“The Hotel was perfect, the rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly!!! My only suggestion is that the toilet seats should be ADA height compliant.... other than that, no complaints”

“Very old hotel, unfortunately also the furnishings, as well as the mattresses and the very squeaky bed. Bad cleaning, mildew on the shower curtains and hair all over the place. The curtains do not darken perfectly, so in the morning light penetrates the window very early. The bedroom door does not isolate from the corridor, and all the noises and voices of other guests are heard. Finally, the price paid, which does not include breakfast, was very expensive. “This house was perfect! Very spacious, clean, and felt like a very safe neighborhood for a few women traveling. The ONLY improvements I would suggest would be having more towels, and extra blankets available for guests. And I would replace the pull out couch mattress as it was very uncomfortable. Still a 10/10 overall!”
