“Rooms were spacious and comfortable. There were restaurants nearby so food options were not limited. Property was not too far from the city centre. Plenty of parking available in the back. Staff were all friendly and helpful. 10/10 would stay here again!”

“Good hotel in Naga City. Rooms just feeling a bit dated and tired now. However room was clean and service and food were really good. Good gym and lovely big pool for proper swimming. Parking provided opposite hotel with friendly welcome.”

Maar als we aan de receptie stonden om 10h voor nog ontbijt te bestellen, kregen we een antwoord van het is maar tot 10h. Geluk dat het personeel goed en vriendelijk was. “Don't get the breakfast buffet. If the hotel doesn't have enough guest that purchased the buffet with their booking they will stop the breakfast buffet and offer you only ONE plate from the menu. If you are still hungry you will pay out of your own pocket for a second dish. We lost 3 days of the breakfast buffet because of this situation. What a rip off! We as customers paid for it up front and in the end, denied! Not fair! So beware.”

“There’s no proper door lock for safety, the property needs renovation. Every time we open the door created noise, you can hear every conversation at the hall way and from other room. A little expensive stay base on the condition of the property.”
