Ville a Tilaran

“Amazing place. The space of the room and view are really spectacular. The host, who I only communicated with over text, was responsive. My only caution is that this place is fairly remote meaning the power/internet can go out and if it rains hard the little river you have to cross to get there can become a burden. Bring everything you need to chill for a few days.”

“The view was unbelievable. The trip to the property was treacherous. From LaFortuna it may only be 10 miles, but it will take you at least 40 minutes and that is during the day with ideal weather. Do not attempt to drive this after dark. Because of this, we made sure to be back at the property by dark, after arriving there, only once, during the dark. They do serve breakfast a dinner and it is good. If you are going for a romantic get away, this is ideal!”

“The views were gorgeous. The overall setting was amazing and the restaurant next door was very helpful. Communication for anything you need at the room could be finicky. Overall pretty good place to stay, close to La Fortuna.”

“The stay was great if your looking for short term and privacy away from tourism. Getting there you will need a 4WD or all terrain vehicle. The roads are rocky and bumpy. This is definitely a place for a great view of the volcano. The suite was cute and intimate. Worth the price for a night or two away from the busier areas.”

“Really loved this property. You can't get any better views of the volcano! It was quiet, clean, peaceful and modern. Our host, Santiago, was awesome. Very friendly, accommodating and easy to get in touch with. The only thing I would critique is the stocking of the kitchen. For the price, I would've expected better utensils and kitchen gadgets. For example, there wasn't a good, sharp knife we could use to chop things, nor was there a decent spatula. It was a bunch of mismatched stuff. I think...

“Altos Garden was lovely, you feel like you are in the jungle with all the amenities you need ”
