“The Agrarian Hotel is super nice and clean! Rooms where big and bed was comfy. The weather was cold/drizzling during our stay, so we didn’t get to try the pool. I enjoyed the breakfast, all the food was fresh and delicious. The staff are very friendly. The location is great, it’s walking distance to restaurants, stores, and the historic swinging bridge. I will stay here again! ”

“The room was very dirty. The bed had hair and blood stains on the sheets. The tub had dirt and pubic hair in it. There was urine around the toliet floor. I ended up going to the local store and got cleaning supplies because I knew we would only be more stressed finding another hotel room for our weekend. I am definitely going to spend more money next year and book at a cleaner establishment.”

“It was an easy and quick check-in. I booked twi rooms and they were clean and the beds, comfy. Breakfast was good. However, the pool was dirty. Some guests left some garbage on the tables and no one cleaned it.”

“This hotel keeps a coffee and tea station at the entrance. Breakfast during my stays have been good with a choice of cereal, oatmeal, pastries or eggs. Parking has been easy. While the room I stayed in was clean there was a smell to the room and first floor. ”

“Piccolo Inn americano a gestione famigliare, accogliente ma con spazi tutti ridottissimi. Camera carina ma un po’ piccola x4 bagno mignon con vasca doccia. La pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare ma meglio della media dei due stelle americani. Nota negativa la tenda della doccia molto sporca e ammuffita e l’acqua della doccia che scende lentissima. ”

“This stay was the second time I stayed at this property. This time I came with my family. We got 2 rooms and both rooms were clean, cozy and comfortable. My 8 year old nephew was very impressed with the decor and the view. Pismo Beach is always a CA getaway fave.”

“This hotel is beautiful all around the property. The room was very nice very clean, the bed was a little bit hard for me, and the heat didn’t work. It was just blowing out cold air even when we were upping the temperature however, everything else was beautiful.”

“We stayed in a room off from the main hotel. It was great with a nice view of the beach and the ocean. Lucky it was a beautiful day and the beach is right there. A brief walk to the pier shopping area with restaurants so close by. Bathrooms are good, bed is comfortable as are the pillows. Good fridge in the room. Good price and quality. We have stayed here several times in the past and it has always been good for a fun day.”

“The staff was nice and everything was very clean. However, I will say the property in general was extremely loud. I don’t think it’s a reflection of the property, I think the guests that happened to be There were very disruptive and I unfortunately had to cut my trip early because it was impossible to sleep. The staff was very apologetic and understanding and tried to switch me rooms and let me out of my reservation early given the circumstances. I travel often and was in town for work and after...
