“The lady at front desk never ask for my ID she sent us to room who was already occupied, after that said to us they did not have rooms available. Finally we got a room and I was not as clean as previous stay, and AC was making a lot of noise ”

“I had a very disappointing experience with this location. The staff was rude and seemed very confused about basic procedures. The checkout process was unorganized, and I was charged extra tax that no one could properly explain. To make things worse, they deducted money from my deposit upon return and claimed that the credit card company charged them transaction fees — which makes absolutely no sense and should not be the customer’s responsibility. They also took a wet towel from the room but...
