“Ordered balcony room, got first floor with no separation from the outside pool area walkway. Plus found clothes on the floor in the room from previous guest. Didn’t ask to switch rooms because was told the night I checked in the hotel was full. The phone also didn't work. ”

“Great location, close to everything you need! Check-in was super smooth with friendly staff. The room was very clean, even smelled like cleaning product. Kitchen appliances and dishes were clean. Everything was fine from start to finish with this suite.
The one complaint is the thin walls: we heard every time the neighbors would come and go, what they talked about, what show they were watching... Would not have been a problem except they came in and out between 2-4 AM for three nights in a...
