Hotel a Tiniroto

“Staff were friendly and good to deal with. However I sent an email directly to the motel and never got a response. Property has dated decor and could do with modernizing. Bed had "roll together" and I would replace. Met others staying whose bed was not good. Looked like blood stains on the white curtain backing was the first thing I saw when I opened the door. Dimly lite rooms. Replacement down lights had fly poo all around them. Needs an extractor fan in the bathroom. Would suggest getting...

“The room we booked at the motel was not available; we were lead to a cottage a few blocks away. It was a better place and was an upgrade, and the staff person was wonderful. However, there was no bbq there as was listed, the pool listed had been closed for over year (it was too cold for swimming that day anyway), and it was questionable if the sheets on the bed were clean as they were covered with lint. Still a very nice stay as new sheets were obtained and the bed remade, and it was a lovely...

“I was happy with the room... very clean. New furnishings and carpet. Clean new bathroom toilet. Shame it was cold ... dip in the pool would have been grate. ”

“Due to unforeseen circumstances we needed to change the dates of our stay. I had already paid but they wouldn't change dates and no refund of any of the amount paid”

“Liked ...Location, parking and price. Had an older apartment a little on the tired side. Everything was serviceable, coffee machine was a bonus. Couch was a touch close to the ground for me,but OK. Balcony made a noise when we went out , we erred on the side of caution and stayed off it. We enjoyed our time in Gisborne and would stay again.”

“Ho soggiornato per 3 notti nel mese di febbraio. L'hotel, a circa 2 kilometri dal mare, è talmente grande, esteso in orizzontale che risulta dispersivo ed ogni volta trovato estrema difficoltà a ritrovare la mia stanza. Dall'ascensore alla mia stanza dovevo camminare per circa 300 metri! Ma questo è il solo punto negativo che ho trovato. Tutto il resto è OK, bellissima stanza, spaziosissima, pulita, terrazzo sulla piscina, personale molto gentile e disponibile. ”

“Foyer and shared area was immaculate, room itself had a few areas that need tidying up in the bathroom (shower door/tap sealing messy, vent was very dusty). Parking all good. Pool was great but lights went off automatically at 830 (clerk said pool shut at 9, couldn't turn them back on, understandable)”

“My only concern was the extreme lack of water pressure in the shower, and no plug in the hand basin.”

“Room was very tidy, perfect size for me and my two friends. Arrived late at night. Regardless, owner ensured we were able to get into our room. Super friendly and accommodating. Have already booked next stay :)”
